Job Description
The Senior Facilities Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facility operations within the organization. This includes coordinating maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing a team of facility staff, and developing and implementing facility policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility maintenance and safety programs.
- Manage and supervise facility staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control activities for facility operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management.
- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Degree in facilities management or a related field.
