The User Experience department at Jewel Changi Airport is seeking a Senior Guest Experience Executive to enhance operations and guest engagement in our world-class attractions and mall operations.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading assigned attractions, and implementing improvement initiatives. Candidates should have experience in multi-faceted operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex situations calmly.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required. A degree is a plus but relevant experience and a positive attitude are more critical.
