Job Description

Join Infosys as a Senior HR Officer focused on Employee Engagement. In this role, you will drive engagement programs that align with our organizational strategy, focusing on wellness and inclusivity. You will initiate and manage an engagement calendar, facilitate corporate HR events, and enhance employee participation.

Your responsibilities will include managing logistics for Townhalls and awards, overseeing the iCompaz Employee Ambassadors, conducting annual surveys, and analyzing data for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Infosys Talent Planning Team to prepare training reports as required.
