Job Description
St Lukes Elder Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive in Infrastructure and Network to join our team.
Your primary role will involve responding to technical assistance requests, facilitating end-user training, and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network setups, and conducting IT audits. The ideal candidate should have a Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT or Engineering, with at least 3 years of service desk experience.
