Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager with expertise in logistics and industrial operations. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics and industrial department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to optimize resources and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Manage and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute logistics projects, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to logistics and industrial operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and industrial management.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and improving logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using logistics software and systems.
