Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager in Loss & Prevention to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize losses for our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of loss prevention professionals and provide guidance and support.
- Implement loss prevention policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on loss prevention practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
