Job Description

What the role is

Air Navigation Services Safety and Security Branch (ANS SSB) is looking for an experienced individual with a strong passion in safety. You will be part of a dynamic safety and security team overseeing the Safety Management System and Security Programme in the Air Navigation Services Group (ANSG).

What you will be working on

As Senior Manager / Manager of the Air Navigation Services Safety and Security Branch, you will support the Head (ANS SSB) in ensuring the effectiveness of ANSG’s Safety Management System (SMS), help achieve the safety objectives and requirements, and be involved in safety assurance and safety promotion activities.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant working experience in the domain of aviation Communications, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) Systems, with a proven track record.
  • Qualified and experienced in safety management principles and practices with a proven track record in producing qualitative and quantitative arguments based on data to draw insights around trends.
  • Experience in one of the data analysis and visualization tools/software (such as R, SQL, MATLAB, Python, Tableau).
  • Good people-oriented skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and analytical.
  • Ability to work independently with good planning and organizational skills.
