Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager / Manager of Analytics and Insights to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making throughout the organization by providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to develop and implement analytics solutions that drive business growth and optimize operations.
- Design and execute analytical projects to uncover business insights, identify trends, and optimize performance across various departments.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide analytical support to drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide insights into business performance.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the organization’s analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience in statistical modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing analytical team.
