Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager / Manager for our Sustainability Office. In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sustainable initiatives to drive positive environmental and social change within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sustainability Office, overseeing all sustainability-related activities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies to minimize our environmental footprint and maximize social impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of our operations.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement and innovation in sustainable practices.
  • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Engage and educate employees, stakeholders, and partners on sustainable practices and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sustainability management, including strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passionate about sustainability and creating positive change.
