Responsibilities:
- Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety, and quality assurance.
- Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors, and consultants, reviewing the providing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance, and value for money.
- Support tender and execution of projects.
- Review of sub-contractors’ proposal and design.
- Work with respective sub-contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon, fire protection, etc.) to produce shop drawings.
- Integrate shop drawings into BIM system for feasibility review.
- Familiar with Data Center Construction.
- Familiar with BCA Green Mark Energy Efficiency Platinum.
- Coordinate site activities during construction.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, etc.
- Ensure the smooth completion of the project.
- Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- A recognized Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Familiar with API 650 code will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should carry a proactive attitude.
- Only Singaporeans.
