Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety, and quality assurance.
  • Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors, and consultants, reviewing the providing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance, and value for money.
  • Support tender and execution of projects.
  • Review of sub-contractors’ proposal and design.
  • Work with respective sub-contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon, fire protection, etc.) to produce shop drawings.
  • Integrate shop drawings into BIM system for feasibility review.
  • Familiar with Data Center Construction.
  • Familiar with BCA Green Mark Energy Efficiency Platinum.
  • Coordinate site activities during construction.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, etc.
  • Ensure the smooth completion of the project.
  • Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiar with API 650 code will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should carry a proactive attitude.
  • Only Singaporeans.
