Job Description
As a Senior Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing packaging solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Create innovative packaging designs that adhere to branding guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of packaging projects
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product differentiation
- Provide technical expertise in materials selection and manufacturing processes
- Ensure packaging compliance with regulatory standards and environmental sustainability
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in packaging design, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of materials, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication and presentation skills
