Job Description
A Senior Procurement Executive is responsible for overseeing the procurement activities of an organization. This role involves managing the purchasing process, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring that the organization obtains the best value for money.
The Senior Procurement Executive will be required to develop and implement procurement strategies, in-line with the organization’s goals, to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. They will also be responsible for identifying and managing key suppliers, conducting supplier evaluations, and implementing supplier performance optimization programs.
Other key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, evaluating existing supplier contracts, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. The Senior Procurement Executive will collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with their needs and requirements.
