Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced (Senior) Production Specialist (Assembly) to join our team. As a (Senior) Production Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and optimizing production efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the assembly process, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the specified timeframe.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of assembly techniques, equipment, and best practices.
- Train and mentor junior production staff to ensure consistency and high performance.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that all finished products meet the required standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
