Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Able to Perform Leadership and Training to AE team
- Constructive Suggestions to Superiors with Solutions to Problems
- Able to communicate with Staff and lead with guidance to avoid misunderstandings throughout tender process
- Responsible for All Tender Costing before presenting to Superiors for Management meeting
- Works proactively, well-coordinated in the Report, and able to meet Superior’s expectations
Skills and Qualifications
- Focusing on continuous improvement
- Attend and Responsive to All Tender submission and Tender Interview and Post Tender Addendums
- Performed due diligence works scope and responsibility
- Over 5 years of Experience in A &A works tender
- Ability to work with digital software (i.e., Cost X/Glodon) would be ideal
- Meticulous, independent with good communicative skills; and a team player
