Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the sales development team to achieve sales targets.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities and markets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business risks and opportunities.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales development, preferably in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
