Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security & Maintenance Officer to join our team at CapitaLand. As a Senior Security & Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all security and maintenance operations within our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, investigating any breaches or suspicious activities
- Supervise a team of security personnel, providing guidance and training as needed
- Coordinate with external security agencies and local law enforcement authorities
- Perform regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance requirements
- Oversee maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and maintenance roles
- Strong knowledge of security systems, procedures, and relevant regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective leadership and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
