Income Insurance Limited is seeking a Senior Training & Competency Executive to join our dynamic Training & Competence (T&C) Team. This role is crucial in ensuring the competencies and due diligence of our sales process and supervisory duties within our tied sales force and Income Advisory Group (IAG).

The successful candidate will help implement competency initiatives, conduct assurance checks, maintain up-to-date policies, and prepare detailed reports on training compliance. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating sales competency certifications and providing training support to our sales force.
