Job Description
ONE FARRER PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and courteous Server to provide prompt Food & Beverage service to our valued guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Anticipating VIP arrivals through the daily events log.
- Possessing thorough knowledge of menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
- Serving and clearing food in a professional manner.
- Utilizing the POS system for sales transactions.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Adhering to safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
- Maintaining equipment and minimizing waste.
