Job Description

The person:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years working experience
• To have knowledge in administration support and assist to process documents
• MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good IT skills and knowledge
• Minimal supervision needed

The job:

• To perform data collection on Rental and Sales Fleet customers
• To process parts requisition from technicians & supervisors and to follow up on back-order items with inventory status
• To retrieve & scan documents to customers internally & externally when required
• To do batch closing of jobs, update of quotations and billing
• To liaise with vendors on the arrangement of tire, battery, and other engineering jobs
• To practice 5S at workplace & other ad-hoc duties if called for

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 – $3,200.00 per month
