Job Description
Join Anradus Pte Ltd in the Manufacturing industry as a Service Administrator located in Tuas.
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon 8 am – 5 pm, Tue – Fri 8 am – 6 pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming calls.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
- Track customer service contracts and provide administrative support.
Requirements:
- ITE Certificate or Diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience (preferred knowledge of spare parts).
