Job Description
• Working location at Woodlands, Senoko
• Working hour: Monday – Friday (8am – 5.30pm)
• Well Established Manufacture of Electronic Security Systems Company
• Variable Bonus + Excellent Welfare & Benefits
Job Scope
- Sales order processing – Sales order/ Purchase order / Delivery order/ Invoicing.
- Provide, assist & support service and maintenance call & administration in all other matters.
- Reply customer enquiries and E-commerce.
- Quotation for service maintenance, parts, and ad hoc servicing.
- Handling Export & Import matter including prepare customer documents according to freight delivery needs.
- Handle faxes/ letters / enquiries internally and externally.
- Other task that assigns by the management.
Requirement
- GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in sales admin / shipping matters preferred
