Job Description
As a Service Crew/Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing a variety of beverages for our valued customers. You will interact with customers, take their orders, handle cash transactions, and ensure their overall satisfaction. Your role will also include maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the work area, as well as restocking supplies when needed. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Good knowledge of coffee and other beverages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions
