Hanare by Takayama is an award-winning Chef Taro Takayama’s newest concept, offering traditional and homey dishes that showcase seasonality-driven and exquisite ingredients in a welcoming and contemporary approach. We invite you to experience our signature dish, the Kamameshi, a specialty mixed rice cooked in a traditional individual iron pot and prepared with seasonal produce for a vibrant, flavorful, and nutritious meal.
DESIGNATION: Service Crew (Hanare)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage reservations and ensure optimal seating capacity
- Provide information and assistance regarding restaurant products and services
- Welcome and escort guests to their seats
- Assist guests with their belongings
- Recommend food, wine, and sake selections based on guest preferences
- Address food allergies, dietary restrictions, and provide beverage recommendations
- Gather guest feedback
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of F&B work experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with food delivery platforms preferred (on-the-job training provided)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Great service attitude
- Passion for people and food
- Energetic team player
