Job Description
We are a family Karaoke operator with FOUR outlets in Singapore, now hiring full-time Service Crew. Work 2 shifts: 2pm – 11pm or 7pm to 3am.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Greet and serve customers
- Maintain cleanliness
- Ensure exceptional service
- Build rapport with guests
- Customer service-oriented
- Handle room cleanliness, order-taking, cashiering
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- English/Mandarin proficiency
- Minimum Secondary education
- Outgoing, presentable, service-oriented
- Independent, self-motivated, cheerful
- Available for shifts, weekends, holidays
- Prior Karaoke or F&B experience a plus
