Job Description
Location: Educational Institute near Upp Changi MRT Station
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; 1-2 Saturdays/month, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
Salary: Up to $2800, based on qualifications and experience.
Scope of Services: Provide 1st Level Technical Support, escalate/resolve service requests, deliver onsite support, and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements: 6 months IT support experience, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
