Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Service Desk Analyst to join our team in a Government Organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
Responsibilities include timely escalation of unresolved issues, managing multiple support requests, and ensuring excellent communication. Certifications like ITIL Foundation and CompTIA A+ are a plus.
Job Type: Contract (12 months) | Pay: $2,400.00 – $3,100.00 per month | Schedule: Day shift | Work Location: In person
