Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Engineer to join our team at a Government Organization. This is a contract position for 12 months, offering a monthly salary of $2,400.00 – $2,900.00.

Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational coverage for weekends and public holidays. Overtime will be compensated if time-off cannot be arranged.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email, performing first-level troubleshooting, maintaining customer communication, and managing incident classifications and resolutions.

Work Location: In-person, Day shift.
