Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer with L2 expertise to join our team. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving technical issues reported by customers via phone, email, or chat
- Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer problems
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Documenting all customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of various hardware and software systems, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in a similar role or a certification in relevant technical areas is preferred.
