Job Description
- Support semiconductor machine after-sales service including service calls, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation.
- Support semiconductor machine after-sales service application/process.
- Support other machinery equipment activities under the metrology systems department.
- Support administrative work related to the servicing job (e.g., preparing quotations, parts order).
- Provide technical training to customers.
- Promote after-sales items, solution business, and matching projects to customers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Preferably a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in the engineering field or a diploma equivalent with 2-3 years of engineering work experience in the SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRIAL sector.
- Experience in a semiconductor process environment is advantageous.
- Comfortable with problem-solving, capable of handling sudden situations, and able to travel frequently on short notice.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team.
