Work Location: Tuas (In person)

Pay: $2,500.00 – $3,500.00 per month

Responsibilities:

Assist the operation manager with daily sales and order processing. Ensure efficient handling of urgent correspondence and inquiries, reporting significant issues when necessary. Maintain updated pricing files from vendors for monthly submissions.

Essential Functions:

Manage day-to-day sales operations, including preparation of sales inquiries and order execution. Keep organized files of inquiries and evaluate new supply sources to enhance the supplier database. Perform ad-hoc data entry tasks.
