Working days: 5.5 days; 10 working hours

Job Description
- Oversee and hands-on daily operation.
- Manage a team of service-bar crews, conduct daily briefing to the team.
- Train and re-train SOPs to improve staffs’ capability in handling daily tasks.
- Able to train the team to upsell receipts per head, retail products (take away), and provide good customer service.
- Versatile in different job roles and hands-on operations.
- Execute Outlet cleanliness and hygiene regime to keep the outlet at high hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Above 2 years of managerial F&B experience in managing a team of people.
- Above 2 years of F&B operations experience.
- Able to use Excel and Word to submit monthly reports.
- Friendly personality and hospitable to all guests, good PR skill.
- Need to be hands-on with daily operations.
