Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Service Staff to join our team at Circular Holdings Pte. Ltd.

Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, presenting menus, and making suggestions based on their preferences. You will take and serve food and drinks, up-sell when appropriate, and ensure that tables are clean and tidily arranged at all times.

Additionally, you will be responsible for checking product quality, delivering checks, collecting payments, and cooperating with all serving and kitchen staff. Adherence to health regulations and customer service guidelines is essential in this role.
