Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Services Director. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall delivery of services to our clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Manage a team of service professionals and ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify their business objectives and provide appropriate solutions
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and service integration
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in service management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
