Job Description

BD Singapore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our manufacturing team in Tuas. As the Shift Leader, you will provide leadership to the shift team, ensuring high standards of housekeeping and safety while meeting daily production requirements. Key responsibilities include supervising technicians, training team members, managing inventory levels, and implementing cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications include a Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma, previous supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English are also required.
