Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at BD, located in Tuas, Singapore. The Shift Leader will provide leadership to the shift team, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards, and coordinating daily production requirements. Responsibilities include supervising shift technicians, training, managing inventory levels, and ensuring product quality.
Qualifications include a Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma, prior supervisory experience (preferably in medical device manufacturing), strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A fluent English speaker is essential.
