Job Description
Company: IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.
A reputable Japanese Logistic MNC is seeking a Shipping Admin to join their team. The position offers up to S$3,500 plus OT and bonuses, located in the West Area. Working days are Mon–Fri (9AM–5.30PM) with alternate Sat (9AM–1PM).
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Handle bank coordination, L/C checking, and complete documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and liaise with forwarders for shipments
- Generate invoices and prepare shipping documents
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience
- At least GCE ‘O’ Level and above certification
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
