Job Description
As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator I, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the shipment and receipt of goods in our organization. Your main tasks will include preparing shipping documents, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and managing inventory. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments. This will involve tracking inventory, updating shipment records, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge is a requirement, while experience with shipping software and inventory management systems is preferred.
