Job Description

- Working location: Gul Circle (Company Transport Provided)
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8.15am to 5.15pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist line manager in handling procurement matters, checking purchase orders, order confirmation, and supplier invoices
- Coordinate with shipping companies to check shipping details, status, and GST payment
- Coordinate with insurance companies for marine insurance and claims
- Coordinate with banks for bank document preparation (LC application, shipping guarantee)
- Handle import documentation
- Coordinate, process, and expedite shipping documents for import shipping clearance
- Update internal customers on estimated arrival dates of cargoes
- Coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters
- Handle internal customer inquiries regarding shipping and procurement
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years of experience
- Good PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
