Job Description
- Take ownership of key account’s new program implementation. Lead and monitor implementation progress.
- Manage, monitor, and control stockholding. Prepare stockholding and indent reports for monthly reviews.
- Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis for continuous improvement. Develop strong client relationships.
- Serve as the key liaison person between client and internal departments for issue resolution.
- Manage Replenishment and inbound Inventory in line with commercial and stockholding requirements.
- Establish safety stock levels meeting service levels and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effectively use ERP system to manage material SKUs and initiate process improvement plans.
- Analyse Forecast Variance, demand, and supply, drive root cause investigation and recovery plans.
Job Requirements:
Degree with relevant experience in key account management, logistics, or distribution industry. Degree in Logistics/Shipping with NO Experience is welcome. 5-day work week with attractive benefits.
