WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Shipping Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a full set of shipping documentation, including picking and packing lists, invoices, and certificates of origin. You will coordinate with our warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment preparation and monitor both import shipping matters and the departure and arrival of shipments. Additionally, you will declare and apply for customs permit-related documents, while maintaining clear communication and good rapport with internal and external customers.
