Job Description
We are seeking a Site Administrative Assistant to join our team at Huationg® Contractor Pte Ltd. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily administrative tasks on-site, maintaining accurate records, liaising with project teams and clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements include previous experience in an administrative role, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Location: Tuas South Avenue 5
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (until project completion)
Transport provided from the nearest MRT station.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,00.00 – $3,00.00 per month.
