Job Description
Job Description:
- Provide professional administrative support on site
- Generate emails and reports when necessary
- Act as primary contact between Head Office and site
- Maintain relationships with project site neighborhood
- Handle project documents and incoming calls
- Maintain site office equipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Administration
- 2 years of experience in construction administration
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
- Multi-tasking skills; stress management
- Certificates in Service Planning and Implementation are preferred
