Job Description
- Plan and manage all aspects of the project including scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, reporting & administration.
- Collaborate with project consultants & subject matter experts from conception through to tender, construction & completion to ensure required information is provided/ updated for a timely handover.
- Identify, track and resolve design, authority & construction issues to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Liaise with Clients, Users and Stakeholders to establish the project requirements and User brief, resolve issues, and report progress.
- Work with Contractors to identify obstacles, curate workarounds and propose alternative solutions for an efficient and timely process.
- Track project milestones and deliverables including submission of Reports.
- Oversee and manage public feedback.
- 5.5 days work week.
