Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.
Your main duties include coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing the construction team, and maintaining regular communication with clients. You must have a strong understanding of construction methods, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost constraints.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
