Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Mental Health Screening for youths
- Casework Management (Youths and parents/caregivers)
- Run support groups for youths (online and face to face)
- Design, implement, and conduct Groupwork and Interest-Based Groups for youths
- Conduct talks and workshops
- Engage online community (Discord) / Social Media Campaigns and outreach
- Provide Basic Emotional Support and Case Management for clients (online and face to face)
- Volunteer Management
- Maintain and document records of groupwork and case sessions
- Administrative duties
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Degree in Social Work or related fields
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Must be Good with Excel and understanding Administrative Data.
- Experience in Social Media Outreach is an advantage
- Must be comfortable with technology / online communication (primary method of service delivery)
- Strong team player with excellent organizational skills
- This position is on a contract basis (2 years contract)
