Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct Casework/ Group Work
- Manage Crisis Situations
- Ensure Child Safe Organisation
- Deliver Programmes
- Perform Community Development Work to Mobilise Community Resources
- Undertake Research and Continuous Improvement
- Build Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
- Build Capability
- Uplift Professional Practice in Social Work
- Maintains proper case records and relevant documents of students.
- Proposes and justifies budget for the appropriate programmes.
- Purchases relevant tools and resources required for the programmes.
- Keeps proper inventory of all tools and regular updating.
- Participates in staff bonding activities organized by the school.
- Be a role model to students, uphold the professional and personal qualities required of the educational profession to achieve the best student outcomes.
- Embrace the values of openness, collaboration, and lifelong learning as a staff of the school.
- Carries out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Principal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work from a recognised higher education institution.
