Job Description
- Provide Pre-sales & Post-Sales support to Customers using our cloud-based HRMS, ERP & other business solutions.
- Work on support strategy.
- Implementation of Project full cycle includes the following but not limited to the following:
- Meeting / discussion to gather requirements.
- Communicate with development team on customer needs, after development test the outcome, help on implementation.
- Assist in functional specifications, documentations, test cases.
- Responsible for training (Onsite / online) & support for end users.
- Any additional job functions assign by team.
- Assist in the implementation of other enterprise projects.
- To assist in other support activities and other software-related issue if no training and implementation is in progress.
- Project status needs to be updated regularly with project manager & management.
- Self-motivated & Good Decision-making skills.
- Friendly, patient and focus on customer service is important.
- Excellent communication skills & team player.
