Experience the art of Japanese cuisine at Takayama, a kappo-style restaurant led by Chef Taro Takayama. We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to collaborate in crafting our exquisite multi-course menu, enhancing our guests’ culinary experience.
Responsibilities:
You will participate in menu development, oversee quality food production, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Additionally, you will train and manage the kitchen team while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications:
