Job Description
Location: Near Dovar MRT
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri: 0700AM – 0230PM & 0230PM – 1030PM (2 Shifts)
- Sat: 0730AM – 0130PM & 0130PM – 0730PM (2 Shifts)
Requirements:
- 1 year relevant experience in facilities management.
- First aider certification.
- Certified Facility Management Personnel (1 required).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure opening/closing of facilities from Mon to Sat.
- Conduct daily checks on facilities and equipment.
- Oversee facility cleanliness and monitor usage.
- Manage access card issuances and conduct monthly inspections.
- Assist in evacuating users during emergencies.
