Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sputter Process Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a Sputter Process Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing sputtering processes for the production of high-quality thin films.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sputtering process parameters for various substrates and materials
- Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve process-related issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and continuous process improvement
- Conducting process characterization and qualification experiments
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Sputter Process Engineering with a deep understanding of sputtering deposition techniques, thin film growth mechanisms, and equipment operation.
